The President’s Word

SFB, Société Financière des Bastions SA (hereafter SFB) is a Swiss financial, non banking, institution. SFB has built, over the last 30 years, a universal model in global wealth management, estate structuring, financial planning, family office as well as support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Positioned among leading professionals, SFB has gained the trust of its clients through the commitment and expertise of its multicultural team, originated from prestigious international banks.

Our goal is to meet all of our clients’ financial needs, both privately and professionally, by offering them “tailor-made” services in the world’s leading financial centres, through our well-known partner banks.

Philanthropy

Etymologically, ” philanthropy ” means the love of humanity.

” Philanthropy therefore places the human being at the center “.

The philanthropic society was born in Paris in 1780 and seven years later defined this way its mission : ” One of the main duties of men is to contribute to the good of their fellow men, to extend their happiness and reduce their ailments “.

SFB throughout its 30 years of existence has always supported various causes in the educational and humanitarian sectors in Switzerland and abroad.

Our team

SFB relies on a qualified multicultural team, with a higher academic and/or university background and a long and proven professional experience with Swiss and international banks of great renown including: UBS, Coutts, ING, Crédit Lyonnais…

Recognized for their integrity and professionalism, our managers demonstrate extreme rigor as well as a great capacity for synthesis allowing them, after discussion with their clients, to give a set of wise advice in total accordance with the wishes and expectations of each customer.

ARIF, Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers, subject to the authority of FINMA

This organization has been designated by the Federal Authority of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as self-regulating body for their members with respect to the anti money laundering law. The code of practice of this organization offers an additional guarantee of protection, ethical conduct and competence. SFB reports directly to the Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers (ARIF) and has an in-house structure ensuring that the anti money laundering law is respected.
